Welcome to SHINE ON Consulting! I'm Paige Scheinberg, a well-being enthusiast and lover of all things creative. My passion is to help you cultivate sustainable happiness and flourish in your personal and professional life through creative experiences, compassion, and self-expression - to let your light shine. As an Art Therapist, Healing Arts Consultant, Mindfulness Coach, and Clinical Supervisor, I have worked with people of all ages with diverse needs in community, medical, organizational, and private settings. From building healing arts programs and facilitating workshops and art therapy groups to supporting my healing arts membership each week and mentoring healing arts professionals, my passion is to support and empower both personal and professional needs and goals. More About Paige
Paige has always loved to say, "I'm from Memphis!" Memphis is where her family is, where she grew up, and where she discovered her love for the arts. But she was on a bit of a journey before making her way back home... After high school, a desire for new experiences and her love of culture and the unknown took Paige to Toronto, Canada where she earned a BFA in Visual Arts at York University and a design diploma from the Art Institute of Toronto. For the next five years, Paige wore the hats of freelance designer, production artist, and art director at a publishing company in Toronto and full-service advertising agency in Memphis. However, her love for connecting with others and helping people through art and creativity sent her traveling again to Virginia, where she earned a Master of Science in Art Therapy and Counseling from Eastern Virginia Medical School. Then, Paige lived and worked as an art therapist in Atlanta for the next few years, further exploring and establishing her love for working creatively and therapeutically with people in hospitals, community settings, and homes, as well as through creative workshop experiences and presentations. And now... Paige loves being able to call Memphis her (physical) home again! As a Board-Certified Registered Art Therapist (ATR-BC), Well-Being & Wellness Professional, Certified Mindfulness & Meditation Teacher, Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT), and Certified Zentangle Teacher (CZT), Paige is enthusiastic about advocating for and helping people learn about the many benefits of art therapy, mindfulness, and positive psychology, as well as how to creatively grow, discover, heal, and be inspired to live each day to the fullest.
